Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of AirCare’s website, applications, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

Your use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect and use your personal data.

1. What AirCare is

AirCare is a platform that helps patients research, compare, and connect with verified hair restoration clinics in multiple countries. AirCare itself is not a medical provider, does not deliver medical care, and is not a party to any treatment or financial arrangement between you and a clinic. Decisions about your care are made between you and the clinic you select.

2. Eligibility and your account

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity that occurs under your account. Provide accurate information when you sign up — including a current email address and, if you choose to receive text messages, a valid mobile phone number.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to: misuse the Services; submit false or misleading information; attempt to access accounts that are not yours; interfere with the operation of the platform; upload content you do not have the right to share; or use the Services to harass, defame, or harm others. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. SMS messaging program

AirCare operates an SMS program through our messaging provider Twilio. The details below describe the program in the form required by US carriers and the CTIA.

  • Program name: AirCare Account Notifications.
  • What we send: transactional, account-related messages tied to actions you take in your AirCare account — for example, a one-time secure link to upload your hair photos from your phone camera. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS.
  • How you opt in:by submitting an AirCare intake that includes your mobile number and checking the consent box agreeing to receive SMS from AirCare about your hair restoration intake. After signing in, certain account actions (such as tapping “Send link to my phone”) also constitute a direct request for a message.
  • Message frequency: recurring, but variable. Most messages are sent only after you explicitly request them. There is no fixed cadence.
  • Carrier charges: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan. AirCare does not charge you for receiving SMS.
  • To opt out: reply STOP to any message we send. You will receive one final confirmation message and then no further SMS.
  • For help: reply HELP, or contact us at support@tryaircare.com.
  • Supported carriers:all major US carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
  • Privacy: see Section 7 of our Privacy Policy. Mobile numbers and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

5. Content you submit

You retain ownership of the content you submit — including photos, intake responses, reviews, and messages. By submitting content, you grant AirCare a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, store, transmit, and display that content as needed to operate the Services and to share the relevant portions with the clinic(s) you have selected.

6. Medical disclaimer

AirCare does not provide medical advice. Information on the platform — including clinic listings, treatment descriptions, price estimates, and patient reviews — is for general informational purposes only and is not a substitute for consultation with a qualified medical professional. Always seek the advice of a licensed physician for any decision about your health or treatment.

7. Clinic relationships

Clinics listed on AirCare are independent third parties. AirCare does not employ clinic staff, does not directly perform procedures, and is not responsible for the medical outcomes, pricing, scheduling, or conduct of any clinic. Any agreement you enter into with a clinic is solely between you and that clinic.

8. Fees and payments

Browsing AirCare is free. Some features — such as deposit-based booking — may involve fees disclosed at the time of the transaction. Payments are processed by third-party payment processors subject to their own terms.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AirCare and its officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption — arising out of or related to your use of the Services. AirCare’s total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100).

11. Changes to the Services or these Terms

We may update the Services and these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

12. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Services. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination — including content licenses, disclaimers, and limitations of liability — will survive.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
